I really hope they don't let us down on the lighting design. This is going to be a really prominent building (9th tallest in the city). It's location makes it a major tower. Coming up South Congress, it'll be beautiful. I'm hoping they light the building with lights inside the mechanical penthouse to illuminate the crown. This building will have the highest rooftop swimming pool at nearly 400 feet above the street, so I'm not sure how any lighting up there would affect the pool area.
It's really making a nice impact on the skyline from South Congress. I just saw it a few minutes ago from just south of Ben White, and it dominates the view dead center in the street.
Idk for some reason this building seems taller than the listed 394' When viewing it from the east it looks taller that One Congress Plaza which is 397' Could be FS sits on higher ground but idk!
Hmm. One Congress Plaza's footprint stands on ground that is 472 to 473 feet above sea level, while Four Seasons Residences stands on ground that is 468 to 471 feet above sea level.

Maybe be the angle and distance. Even little things can make big changes, like the butterfly effect. Could even be an illusion who knows? Fetch some info.
