Red face TORONTO | 388 King Street West & 82 Peter St | FT / M | 29 FL

Address: 388 King St. W / 82 Peter St.
Developer: Allied REIT
Architect: Hariri Pontarini

Potential new office building coming to the Entertainment District.

Lots of happenings going on in the area. MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op) just sold it's land in the district (Potential future development on that plot) and Global Village Backpackers in the King/Spadina area just announced it's closing.

I like it, although it does look stubby to me.

I get 35 floors. Either way the rendering is definitely not 29. Might have been bumped down a bit.

Planning staff approved it at 29 floors and almost 147 metres, so either they're squeezing more floors into the same height, or are applying for more height.
