Thanks for all your updates. This and Harbour Plaza towers will be rising at roughly the same height, perhaps.

Wow what a unique site, most places in between two highways in most cities would never be developed like this and would be considered no mans land. This is will be amazing. I still need to visit Toronto, its only 5 hours away.

It's between a highway and an off-ramp, but we all know what you mean... please visit, as a skyscraper fan you won't be disappointed.

Podium levels always seem to take forever.

Should be nicely above ground by winter.

Those off ramps are going to be crazy cool to drive down when this is completed.

The circular off ramp is getting torn down next summer and getting turned into a park. This buildings upon completion will not have ramps on both sides of it.

Pity, I've always liked that circular off-ramp to York/Bay.

I think that ramp is going to be demolished at the site made into a park. Which it kinda already is, just with a huge interchange on it.

I'm no fan of an above-ground Gardiner, but as long as the freeway is there, that exit provides vital access to University and Bay. Besides, I like cloverleaf ramps, and as much as I adore parks, a park is already extant there.
