I just wish they would put up the glass curtain as fast as they're putting up the concrete walls. It looks a little drab from the south side, so it could use a little more glass. Of course, by phase 3, we won't be seeing too much of that side anyway.

Oh, how I heart the glass. It's much more reflective in the sun. Still very nice.

Recent night shot from Navyweaxguy of 1900 16th, looking northeast. Denver's CBD is to the right from this angle.

This building isn't about greatness. It is about replacing a dirt lot with a functional building that adds much needed density to that area.

I really wish I could disagree. I hate the angle from the last pic. If there was more of the reflective glass on that side, it would look half-way decent.

That being said, Navy's right. Any building is better than no building.

Architecturally, its pretty bad, I've seen it in real life. Would fit better in a suburban office park. But it does get rid of a dirt lot.

I think that when all 3 phases are complete, you won't see the ugly side of this building quite as much. Architecturally, it is "meh" overall, but I think it will look decent when put into context among the other 2 structures on this block and all the new stuff going up in the adjacent blocks.

Adding the finishing touches on the outside. What are these steel grids for?

This is turning out to be a great addition to the CPV.
