The main thing Miami needs now, in addition to a couple of signature supertalls, is a lot of infill. We at least need to reach our full pot before the sea level rises enough

Supertalls do nothing for me because they do nothing for ground activity.

Infill is what I want in Miami. Not 50-story+ condo towers... those suck. It would be really nice for a human-scaled environment to develop around the downtown/Brickell area. Mid and low rise residential. Cool cities have that in their downtown area.
