Mirtown is a giant floating island city on the lake of former Mir mine in Russia. 220 meters in height, and 450 meters in diameters. The first 10 years will smooth the mine hole, then 5 years with irrigation, the last 15 years to build the floating island and the building structure. If it's built, it will become the biggest floating island in the world.
