I know what you're saying in losing the morning service as it's timed pretty good to get into Vancouver and have a full day there before taking the late night flight home. But again, just a reduction in frequency, not seats.

It also makes it harder to make good connections onto the mid-day bank of Flight to Japan, China and Korea. When I lived in Saskatoon I would us that morning flight to do Asia connections. I also see quite a number of people doing that same.
It is now back to being Saskatoon-Calgary-Vancouver-Asia.
