This is great news that they have found a screen to fit over the blow through floor. It is the right decision for sure would look weird empty and painted

I for one prefer the honest open space - form follows function and all.

I also thought it was much better before the cladding - all balconies - all the time.

I think it's gonna be a long time before investors gain a profit on Vista. This beast is a money pit construction wise. So much concrete and glass in relation to sq footage of money generating space. But thanks regardless. Nice addition.

Co-signed.

I'm fascinated to see how in the world this will be profitable - or, how long it will take to eventually turn a small profit.

Remember, when this deal came together, it was envisioned that the developers would see this fanciful flood of foreign capital wash over the project. It was as silly and stupid a notion then as it plainly is now.

All that stated, I think it's turning out to fantastic addition. Can't wait until it is finished and open (or maybe just finished and empty - we'll see).

no they ran out of funding so cant finish with glass...need to take down the building...... .... yes its your imagination 100% ...glass has been flying up and making progress at a pace that nearly every few days your watching floors enclosed.

Dude , what have you been watching? The glass has been going up slower than snail slime on Mt. Everest. I'm guessing wind conditions at 1000 ft...no, check that, absolute incompetence of a glass manufacturer....no, wait...check that, shitty fucking crew.

Point being...It's been slow.
