Great pics, especially the ones of downtown from the East Side!

I really hope the Ritz-Carlton will be at least 500', and being that the Marriott's shorter, 500' will really stand out.

As for the AT&T HQ, it's coming, I can feel it in my bones haha

Most times I question the Marriott's height, but then here it looks pretty tall. If the GH roof (penthouse) is taller than Marriott's roof, then it's only by a few feet. Maybe no more than 10 to 15 feet taller. And I don't think the spires are 546 feet high, but I'm thinking they're probably about 460 to 470 feet high.

Nice pictures by the way. I liked the far away skyline view.

This is my favorite pic of the hill country. Bandera County and in metro San Antonio.

The Marriott is always like an optical illusion to me haha. It always looks taller from the east side of the building. But, for example in the picture above, the penthouse is not as high as the pyramids, but this is because there's some height distortion in the picture because the Hyatt is farther away from the camera than the Marriott. To get a good comparison, you have to go to farther out skyline shots, for example the one Schertz posted. In that shot, yes the penthouse is a tad bit higher than the pyramids.
