I like that first one. Very sleek. The 2nd one looks really odd with all that mess about midway up.

here's an idea.

Construction of any new tower not already under construction doesn't happen. They sit back and see that half the towers cant be filled. They see there robe covered friends loose all there oil money and go broke, then buy there towers and turn a profit instead of building another un-needed monstrosity in a city that is a slap to the face of architecture.
