I'm surprised this thread sank so quickly....anyways the developers are the founders of NetScape and this is what they are doing with all the money they made when they sold the company.....no comments?

This is definitely one of the more distinctive condos rising in downtown.

Taken today from a webcam on the Wachovia tower. A little grainy today but you get the picture (10 Museum Park a little farther along as well. 900 Biscayne starting to go verticle between the two):

Somebody should do a complete photo roundup of all the projects in Miami UC adn their progress, cuz there's soo much goin on, and so few people actually "reporting" on them.

I looked on Emporis the other day, and it appeared that there are 6 buildings U/C that will me higher than the current tallest in Miami. Wow. Total skyline redevelopment.

And I think the two-tone facade of this building will compliment the current Miami skyline very nicely.

Great pic! That'll be one giant wall when it's all done. Is it just me, or does the glass look like it's the same color? In the rendering and model, one side is green and the other blue, but in that pic it looks like all blue glass.

^ the part that you are looking at is the blue side of the tower...you can't see the other side from that angle.
