This building won't have any effect on the skyline but it is decently nice infill. I think the best part of this building will be at the Riverwalk level (hopefully anyway).

Grass, benches and bigger trees. Give the trees 5-10 years. Live Oaks take a long time to grow, but once they do they become very full and provide a lot of shade. In 15-20 years those small Live Oaks on the left and right will start touching each other and provide a fully canopy over the stone pathway.
