Is this a joke? That looks like any cheap ass anonymous condo tower. Absolutely no design innovation and apparently no design qualities on this one. What says luxury about this again? It looks like Miami—and a cheap Miami at that. Barf. Can we just pass a law that says developers can't hire crappy architects with no vision—oh and while they're at it how about a law that reforms crappy developers with no vision. Ouch!

I am usually a fan of Trump buildings, but this one, come on. It looks like the opposite of luxury.

This one is a little bland. Nothing to write home about.

And for someone who continuiously hits the world over the head about the importance of location, this looks like quite a depature from the Trump norm. Yeah, it's waterfront, but WTF else does this site have going for it? I think Trump is reaching here.

It's not that it's the opposite of luxury but it's too plain and for Trump it's unusual. It's still pretty nice thought and it adds a new tower to Philly. Look at the positives.

He should turn this one into a reality show and call it the "Ultimate Test". If he can sell this......he can sell anything. And that's the last thing I'll say, I promise.

Waterfront Square is horrific. It really does look like 'projects'.

And Trump's uber residents will have to look at those projects as they gaze upriver from their homes in the sky. But, fortunately for them - though not for us - from inside their homes they will not be able to see the unremarkable, big, bland, blue box in which they uber.

Too cheap. Is Philly really so degusting? And the site found... give me a break. it sounds more the Shrek swamp- I think Trump would have some money to buy a real site.

The site is an old pier that is on spring garden street and is close to the Sugar House casino site, and across the street from the bridgman's view tower site. Don't knock it yet, the same thing happened to the Comcast Center and look at it now. Is ground breaking still on schedual?

People usually say Trump's towers are too overstated. But this one could use a little something more. And "Trump Jr" could use a new hairdo.

The blue model in the architects rendering is different from the model behind Trump's chil'lins in their photo. Notice the model's set-backs - top and facing side - and curved balconies. It's not square, like the rendering. It's what's shown in the model the side that would face the river and the side that the architects display in their rendering the side that would face the city?

The design is nothing spectacular but it's a good use of derelict land. It'll look okay in the end, just a little boring.

By itself it is not the greatest thing on earth. But some day when WFS and BVT are complete itll be a nice addition to a lil secondary skyline.

You guys are all right, it IS a big blue rectangle... But why is this a suprise? I love trump but never understood why anyone gets excited about the exterior, at least, of his towers... Look at Trump World, supposedly his crown jewel; It's a big, ugly fucking black rectangle!!
