RE: Stantec

'3 levels of podium. Level 4 is access to the roof of the podium and some mechanical/electrical spaces. Levels 5-28 are offices (so 24 levels of office). Level 29 is the mechanical/electrical transfer floor. Level 30 is a amenity space, with possible commercial space. Level 31-66 are residential, and 67 and 68 are mechanical/electrical penthouse spaces.'

^ I think if you include the parking structure under the plaza, as well as the Delta and Stantec towers, you're probably looking at at least 5, possibly 6.

Crane radiuses leave me with 4 tower cranes and perhaps 1 additional for Stantec.

Looks awkward...like one tower trying to sit on the shoulders of another completely separate tower at a concert.

Initial rendering yes, but the forthcoming updated renderings are much much better and cohesive.

Stantec/Delta. Finally some concrete poured, and the first of at least 4 crane bases is in...

Footings and rebar for the parkade, no piles needed as there is no tower above.
