Bumper boats would be fun. I haven't been on any of those since Rockwood Park had them at Lily Lake in the '80s.

They were wiring those 4 EV fast chargers at Petro-Can 2600 Mountain road finally. They put up 3 big transformers in the pole and wired them undergrond to the chargers. Dorian set NBPower back for some reason. They should be ready soon.

HABS33 how did you like last night's game? I really hate what Stephane Wait implanted in PRICE with that percentage blocking by laying on the ice in butterfly. It leaves the two top corners open. May work in AHL but not with NHL snippers. Price is an instinct goaltender and should not play PERCENTAGE shots. He should go back to his roots and be be a stand up goaltender like Halak did last night. Proof was last night with all 5 shots going over his shoulders.

It also says coming soon

I think the only thing missing now is the indoor surveillance and monitoring. Clients will be able to see and monitor from the A&W

Was in at Big Fish today. They are pretty much settled in. Took a few pictures with the owners consent.

I noticed they had taken most of the construction barrier down from the IHOP last evening, and I was going to take a photo this morning, but Jeff Boucher over at Retail Talk & Share beat me to the punch. I don't think I could top this perspective of his.

I would say they are on track for an early January opening.

I expect absolute chaos at this location until at least March. They'll be beating prospective customers off with sticks.............

The new Moncton North YMCA is on time and slightly under budget.

I saw CTV News sniffing around the construction site today as I was driving by on Twin Oaks. Apparently they were doing a piece on the recent rash of copper wiring thefts in the city.

New Restaurant Concept - IHOP?

I found this quite interesting. I wonder?!?

New York (CNN Business) IHOP, known for booth seating, table service and, of course, pancakes, is trying something a little different — a new restaurant concept called Flip'd by IHOP.

The menu will include several IHOP-inspired items, like pancake bowls, egg sandwiches, breakfast burritos, crispy chicken sandwiches, to-go salads and more. But unlike IHOP meals, Flip'd offerings can be eaten on the go. And unlike IHOP restaurants, Flip'd locations have limited seating.

The fast casual concept, a first for IHOP, is the brand's attempt to break open a new category: fast casual breakfast. It's also a way for IHOP to reach customers in dense urban areas, where it still has room to grow.

IHOP is launching Flip'd during an increasingly competitive time for breakfast, a growing category in the fast food space. Wendy's (WEN) recently announced that it will start serving breakfast nationally next year.

Dunkin (DNKN)' has invested in new breakfast items and recently rolled out its Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich throughout the United States. McDonald's, Panera and others have made a play for breakfast customers.

I am 100% certain that our new IHOP will be a traditional sit down restaurant.

Xmas lights at the zoo are all up. It is a spectacular scene.

They can also be seen from front Mountain road.
