Admittedly, my interest in the site has waned.

After six years on here, my optimism about this city has changed.

I don't think our local government is serious about addressing many of the concerns that are brought up on this forum.

So, it sorta seems like a waste of time to lose sleep over it.

If there's news I'll post, but other than that.. Zzzz..

I was not...I'm not huge into transit but I've had the same profile pic since 2004 and I haven't changed it for sentimental reasons.

And yes VJ/patriot was banned a long long time ago...

WinnipegPatriot is still active on SkyscraperCity...probably the most active on it haha. I found out about that site before SSP.

I still lurk around as well. I miss the big debates years ago with Biguc and Poot. It's not that I don't enjoy this site, but I don't have the contributions I used to years ago when I had another job. I still find it interesting to see what people are talking about though.
