Instead of concentrating a different thread on each development I thought I'd just have on thread on all the developments planned for the 1604 at Potranco Rd. intersection on the far west side. Not sure how many people have traveled over to this area but a lot of stuff is under construction and also planned.
Potranco Market - 800,000 square feet - Target, Lowe's - Under construction
Potranco Village - 300,000 square feet - Academy, Pei Wei - Under Construction
Madison's Market - 50,000 - Under Construction
The first development to be featured is Potranco Market.

And yes, that is another movie theater for Potranco and 1604. Santikos recently broke ground on the 18 screen Granada which will be directly across 1604 from this development, a little south of the Kohl's.

Disclaimer: I understand the dislike for sprawl development topics, however I feel there is still room for it. If anyone or all disagree please just let the thread die and I'd much rather see that than for it to turn into an unnecessary war of words.
Thats so true, everyone loves Lifetime here. I just wish I could afford it with my part time salary. *sigh* I just hope they saturate this area with all of this stuff, I know that is boooming out there, but most of the developments have retail around them too. It almost makes no sense, oh well.
