I see 11 (not counting a small bit of a shaftway). The lowest floor of the front of the overbuild is set back behind the hollowed out 4th floor mansard of the original building.

You're right, that makes an extra floor if you count out but it's not as you pointed out, it's basically a balcony.

luckily this wasn't downgraded to bad, it will be a good addition in the area.

The only thing they should complain about is that big blank wall...so distracting you see it from South Street Bridge. But I welcome this project since it'll cover it, and will have better wall

10 floors now with a small 11th floor pilot house.... either way, no longer qualifies for it's own thread. Sad, but still a nice project.

Postscript: The 2112 Walnut overbuild proposal was soundly rejected by the Historical Commission at their December 8th meeting.
