商报讯(记者 倪立婧) 昨日,与园博园隔水相望的杏林湾商务营运中心举行隆重的奠基开工典礼,这标志着营运中心内高达249米的福建第一高楼开工建设。市领导参加了典礼并为营运中心培土奠基。
“我们将其中一幢楼争取建成福建第一高楼,但是最终能否成功还要看很多技术性的问题。”厦门杏林建设开发公司总经理说,目前规划部门已经同意将杏林湾商务营运中心的一幢楼高度控制在250米以内,力争建成249米,同时在地质方面也已经通过,但是在风动性以及抗震性能等方面还必须经过相关部门的检测。如果能够最终通过,那么这幢楼的总楼层数将在50层以上,成为全省第一高楼。
据悉,杏林湾商务营运中心是继五缘湾商务营运中心、观音山商务营运中心之后,我市开工建设的第三个商务营运中心。此营运中心总占地12万平方米,总建筑面积为55万平方米,总投资约30亿元。今后将建成九幢现代化高层建筑,是集楼宇经济、商贸业、软件业、研发结算中心、销售展示中心及工业设计等为一体的具有区域特色的现代化综合性5A级智能商务中心。
此外,营运中心拥有三大“财富”,将为其增色不少,同时也使其区别于岛内的两大商务营运中心。一是由集美近十所高校所聚合而成的人才“财富”;二是杏林湾区无可替代的生态环境“财富”;三是以海峡西岸交通枢纽—厦门新站为龙头所形成的交通“财富”。
厦门台商投资企业协会荣誉会长说,以前台商在杏林的投资主要以农业、工业为主,近几年已经有一部分台商向服务业挺进,杏林湾营运中心的开工将带动更多的台商向服务业进军,这将对整个区域经济有带动作用。
记者也了解到,昨天一家台资企业已经和营运中心签订了意向书,打算将其中一幢写字楼,共69430平方米“收入囊中。”据透露,目前还有10家左右的企业正在洽谈之中。

Almond Grove Bay Commerce Transport Business Center (a mouthful!)

This belongs in proposals and it isn't a supertall. 249m is only 816ft.

A press release and groundbreaking ceremony isn't construction. Sounds like it doesn't have seismic approval yet.
