^Over 420... the secant wall alone is nearly to 300. This project also has a little bit of everything; rock-sockets, top of rock, belled, and a secant wall.

Sorry - drilling but no pouring, think it is the sump they are putting in now. Secant rigs are still being prepped.

^^^ Based on that rendering it looks like if that little café ever folds, they'll just expand the sidewalk plaza. Plop down a couple more flowerbeds and call it a day.

Or even a dog run or tot lot. The area could use more of both.
