4/19 announcement by the last tenant:

First and foremost, I would like to apologize to all of the dedicated players that have been playing at Post Oak from the beginning, or maybe for the past year, or even just the past month. It is because of all of you that we have been successful in this industry.

As all of you know, we had no choice but to move out of the location at 1801. We were the last business to exit that property before they begin to tear it down. We have been building out a new location and we were actually moving into that new location when we ran into a few unforeseen complications. We believe we have worked through most of the issues so we can now continue to move forward.

Cancelled

The owners have decided to build a 5-story mid-rise instead.
