some sc3000 BAP's I created

Here are some BAP's I created using sc3000 unlimited a couple of years ago I dont play anymore, since I am looking for something similar but more conentrated on the buildings rather then just the upkeep of the city.

st james condo's in philly

pnc baseball part in pittsburgh

citizens bank before it was officially named

the lincoln financial center home of the Eagles

I also built Bank One in Arizona, Petco in San Diego, Frnklin Field in Philly etc.

I dont have sc4, but does it have a good BAP tool?

And I wonder what sc5 will be like and I dont want anything to fancy, just want to be able to build buildings and possibly bridges and have more options to build into my city instead of seeing the same 10 buildings everywhere like you do in sc3000.
