Broadway - San Antonio

Hi peeps,

I was browsing on mysa.com today and there was a link for the Broadway. Its not much of a site, just a lead page for potential buyers. Anyhow there is a color rendering, which i have posted from the site. The building does not look bad. It looks like a condo Tower, I do like the little "hat" it has...

Oh yeah, the Ad said it was 20 stories...

That's a really nice looking building. It's going to look good in teh Broadway area.

Have they started construction?

Forgive my ignorance, but is Broadway near the Riverwalk?

Broadway sort of runs into Alamo Heights northeast of DT.

Great. Good to see it moving forward one more step. I really like this building. This one and The Vistana, I think, are my two fave's. I love that crown, the balconies are nice, and the glass up the side like that is nice, too.

I'll add the website to the building's page in the compilation list. The rendering is pretty much the same as the one we'd previously seen, except it shows some more of the plaza area.

Estimate here, not an actual height. ~220 to 240 feet.

It's hard to say for sure since the rendering doesn't show another building to compare it to to show some scale.
