It is now under constuction and with Cousins' acquisition of the Gellersted Group, the other elements of the Terminus project-another 500,000 sq ft of office,up to 800 housing units and a hotel- are being given further attention. In fact a web address,Terminus Buckhead ,has been reserved. IMO,the key to this project is the retail: the initial 60,000 sq ft and the potential for an additional 40,000 sq ft of upscale retail in buckhead is a real head scratcher. With Lennox/Phipps both expanding, where will they find tenants?

Another cool tower for Atlanta -- but is this thing REALLY 600 feet. Boy is that deceptive.

Thanks for those construction pictures kazpmk! I don't know about y'all, but I like that picture of it being lit up at night...

^^3344 Peachtree is also going to be my favorite Buckhead building...though I still like Terminus.

Buckhead is couple miles north of Midtown. Picture:

Cool, thanks.

I'm sure you ATL guys have heard this a thousand times, but it would be truly amazing if all these high rises were centrally located.
