Gosh , LD seems to have found the taste.
Where are the 95 extra meters going to be? the spire only ?

No the roof is at 230m, so it is only 45m of spire.

Why do they renovate so much in LD? Is there not enough zoned land that forces them to renovate an older tower rather than build new? This is the third major tower to be renovated into something taller, I think.

I like it, but what part of the current tower are they going to add the new section? And are they just planning on adding the skygardens on top of the current tower or would they tear some floors inside and change the facade?

Because it is faster, but I think that reconstruction is better term than renovation.

I'm not a fan of this rennovation at all, I very much like the current building and don't want it to be "reconstructed".

La Défense is filled with mid-rises and squat skyscrapers that use virtually all the area. The only possibilities are reconstructions/renovations and removals of existing motorways.

Nice design, although I could think of quite a few towers in La Defense that could use a renovation before Tour Gan such as Tour Aurore or Tour Ariane.

Aurore is probably going to be demolished.

Ariane has been renovated already... it's hard to tell when you see it, but it's true.

That looks like to be shaping up to be one hell of a skyline.
