my short term home petaluma, ca is 4,186 people per square mile. it’s a town.

My neighbourhood, Rabbittown, has a population density of 5,328/km (2016). This is just about as dense as it gets in St. John's. We don't have any residential highrise neighbourhoods so rowhouse areas like mine are on top.

I live in the semi-burbs of London, an area called Anerley. Back when it was a proper district (Penge Urban District) it covered about 3sq km.
The pop today is 18,000 so that's about 16K per sq mile.



It's really bloody boring.







However I'm moving to Clapham tomorrow, closer in though which works out at 25K per sq mile, or 30K without the big parkland.
