I don't think it's100% done. The comparison diagram shows the "crown" as being all-white.

But IMO even now it looks nice...more like an actual crown.

TBH I can't think of other mid-plus city in the country besides my beloved Apple or Miami with this kind of tower boom....

The crown is complete unfortunately. Only work left is the screen for the parking podium and interior finishes. First set of units should be delivered by December.

Saw it in person just last week. So impressed by the building, looks better than I was hoping for in the render...and then there's the crown. I was praying it was maybe still unfinished. Just looks like a heap of junk with chain-link fencing, so disappointing.

That crown is a complete travesty and makes the cheap crown atop The Atlantic in Atlanta look halfway decent.
