I despise Charlotte, I live in Atlanta. Nashville IMO is the 2nd city in the SE after ATL excluding Miami.

I hope this post doesn’t run afoul of any town v town flame-fest moratorium; but…

As a Northerner and city development enthusiast, the stunning forward/upward growth of this already beautiful metropolis almost makes me weep for the seemingly polar opposite direction Tennessee’s second city is taking.

IMHO it ought not be so.
