The first tower crane permit was filed. They'll be using two cranes for the courthouse building. There is going to be a pretty impressive tower crane count downtown later this year.

This should be under construction now that the rebar is going in for the foundation.

Also, how long has that dumpster been at the 410 Uptown site across 18th Street?

At least 6 months. Haven't seen any activity out there at all besides the wind occasionally blowing the gate open.

So much going on I can't keep up. What's that black colored 12 story building in the middle there?

I also don't recognize the building in the middle of that picture. Almost looks like the Otis but I thought that was further North.

It's the Otis. The photo is zoomed in which changes the perspective. The Dominoes sign to the right can be used for reference.

Look at that West Campus plateau. I hope the CC goes along with the Planning Commission's height increase to 300'.

No kidding. Check out the mechanical penthouse atop the Callaway House there. The one lonely point above 200 feet in that pack of buildings. 300 feet in that pack would really be above everything else by quite a bit.

That photo also shows what is probably the Moxy tower crane being installed - at upper right. But last I saw it was scheduled to go up the last weekend in August.
