I was thinking at first it was for decorative lighting, but it's probably for aviation warning lights.

I like the brick color a lot. Wasn't quite sure how I felt about it when it started to go up, but it looks good and is a little different than what's around.

I'm just happy they went with brick on the exterior, but I agree with you about the color. It was a good choice. Too dark and their lighting scheme wouldn't have worked as well. I think the accent paint is a cream color, also a good choice. This is going to be a handsome building. Btw, upon further review, that is not the same color brick they showed in the renderings which is more of a light terracotta-ish.

I like the brick also. I think Zaza, for instance, stands out because of the fact that it's a brick building amidst a lot of glass. This one can do the same as more development comes up that way.

That's a classy, quality looking building. Love the roof overhang and the brick / glass. The sconces will make this one of the best lit building along with the illuminated roof. Really happy with this one.

Definitely worth a drive downtown one of these days. It's really prominent from certain angles.

In my imagination, all of those cranes are working together on the same structure -- a SimCity 2000 Arcology.
