Thanks, surreal, for that photo. I was driving down 14th street by sait the other day, and thought a good photo could be taken from there.

This one went up amazingly quick. Can't wait to see WAM on Tenth follow suit!

I forgot sometimes how quickly this went up. I guess starting at grade is the way to go!

The first part of the roof slab will be poured later this week.

It was just under 6 months ago that we poured the very first concrete above grade.

Nice! I'm anxious to see the panels that go up, and will be curious to see if they are aluminium or EIFS.

Curtain wall system on the main floor along the sidewalk only.

Aluminum up to the underside of the 4th floor windows, EIFS after that.
