The placement of this building creates a very interesting setback scaling along Main Street. Its modest height keeps an observer from distracting from the streetscape that appears to have a special presence to it, very well tied into the evolving, urban form taking shape in the Central Business District. I like this development a lot!

Wow this one is rising fast. Really wish it could have been a lot taller, but pretty much anything is better than that non descript 40's box. I am all for historic preservation but that thing was ugly as sin.
