Time zone setting in SSP. You must be set up for the standard GMT.

Unfortunately they are not that quick. Once forms are up there is still a lot of work to do like measuring and placement of electrical conduit as well as plumbing. Once this is complete then comes the task of placing rebar. But hopefully next week sometime would be great.

I see. If they can do 2 and half floor per month, then they be able to top off by the end of this year.

Once they get past the first two floors, the next 11 should go at a good pace, and then the last 5 will slow down again.

Once they get to the middle section where the floor plates are the same, they should be able to go at a pace of 1 floor per week. Alura down the road has a bigger floor plate and their cycle was every 6-7 days. As surrealplaces mentioned once we get past the third floor things should start to move quickly. I am thinking concrete work should be finished somewhere in end of Oct-Nov.

The pictures of the site at 'The River' project are truly unbelievable. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can provide an update on how bad the area around 'The Park' project was hit.

The Park is one of the few projects in the area not affected by the devastating flood. I noticed today that for the first time that the water is no longer being pumped from the parking level to the sewer on 13th Ave as the power in the area is still not restored.

Someone was on site today taking a look around, but progress will no doubt be on hold for at least a few days up to as long as a few weeks until power is restored.

Park construction continues

Workers are back on site today at The Park and pouring concrete. Hopefully other projects in the area can also get back up soon.

Seems like the only project in Calgary to be moving quickly. It was just the opposite a few months ago.

Project Update

It's great to see the resiliency of so many Calgarians, as well as many helping hands after these devastating floods. Our hearts go out to the all the families who have been affected by this tragic event.

The Park was very fortunate that our construction site and show suite were unaffected by the flood waters. This was due in part to our parkade construction design, which will always remain unaffected by rising groundwater levels, the elevation above the flood plain and our unique location. Furthermore, because we are not reliant on Enmax for power and have our own independent generator, we were able to continue with construction without sustaining any water damage. Unfortunately, this can't be said for neighboring projects and so many Calgary homeowners.

We're excited to announce that tomorrow, July 3rd we're pouring concrete on our third floor and expect to be constructing one floor a week. We will keep you posted with further updates.

Lets see if they can keep at that pace.
