I had noooo idea that the Evolo was at 25 floors! I thought it was still a hole in the ground or on its first floor. This is a great sight to the eyes!

The materials seem to be of good quality too, the developers went all out. But does anyone know if there are any Depanneurs or grocery stores or shops by walking distance?

Not yet. But there is still the Bell head office accross the street. There ought to be a depaneur in that thing.

Walking distance not yet, they announce earlier this week that barkery Mamie Clafoutis will open in June in one of the commercial space at Zuni. Only thing we know so far.

Nun's Island is simultaneously an awesome location (proximity to downtown) and shitty location (lack of nearby amenities, car-dependency).

I was just by this site on Saturday night! That is the detour we took to get back on the 15 to get back to the 20. That island is actually quite nice, and it reminds me a lot of the lowrise properties that are in the suburbs of Washington DC. We were at a big birthday party for a relative at one of the highrises on the southwestern portion of the island...The views on either side of the island from this building will be top-drawer as far as I'm concerned...
