Somewhere in the 250'-300' range, maybe? That's just a guess from similarly sized buildings anyway.

Perhaps he had a titillating experience whilst viewing that particular video.

Some photos during the brief time the skies cleared a bit earlier today. Now on the 18/19th floors

Also building the low-rise component now.

Yes, you can experience it by watching it. You can also experience it by listening to it. Probably not by touching, smelling or tasting it though. It makes perfect sense to experience a video. But it did not work when I tried it.

The site is located along Studemont/Montrose at the Buffalo Bayou bridge at Memorial Parkway.

From Monday, around Allen Pkwy. The 4 story apartment building next to the tower looks to have topped out, but it isn't in these photos...

Recieved an email from the leasing office this morning...

The four-story apartment building next to the tower should be ready for move-ins by the end of May. The tower itself is being topped out, and the second and third floors should be ready for residents in June. There are apparently 29 different floorplans to choose from...

And in two weeks (3/27-3/29), they'll have a promotional booth at the Bayou City Arts Festival in Memorial Park. Will be curious to see how the floorplans are arranged.

Yeah, it's been updated a few times over the past week or two...

BTW complex, sweet find! I need to make some friends with people who have highrise office space

Here are some photos from yesterday from much closer to the ground. The residential levels are almost complete (the 25th is being finished up at the moment), and they're starting work on the mechanical penthouse now.

Here are a couple of photos I took yesterday afternoon. A look at how it should figure into the small cluster of highrises near the bayou.
