This is about Parsley giving up their current space in the Colorado Tower prior to their 2021 move to 300 Colorado. The law firm that cancelled their plans to move into 405 Colorado is taking space occupied by Parsley in the The Colorado tower.

I can't say that I'm a fan of the setback. I wish this had just been a boxy tower instead. It would have meant a bump in height also, and more of a gap along Colorado, which wouldn't have been a bad thing.

Oh well that's embarrassing. The one time I thought I could skip the ESC button and ABJ pulls the rug out from under me. Deleted.

In the long run I'm sure that you will be correct. It's not a good time to be in that line of business. That said, their stock hasn't actually dropped that much, all things considered.

Well, it was confusing with three "Colorado" towers in the mix. And as papertowelroll indicated, more could happen.

Yup, that's why I posted. It's not only plausible it's maybe even probable.

The CEO of Parsley was just on CNBC. They are doing relatively well and increased their dividend after a good quarter. They have the capital to weather the storm.

Aside from some certain shortcomings, pun intended, that's a pretty handsome building. The one thing that annoys me is the bump out on the east side. It doesn't match the rest of the building, probable intentional, but it will forever look like an add-on. And I really wish the crown would stay exposed to show the structure of it instead of covering it up. It looks nice in post #621.

I like how different this building looks in differing lighting perspectives. That recent photo totally gives it an SOM-Chicago office tower vibe. I knew when we saw a close up of the industrial steel mullions that this one wouldn't be so cookie-cutter. It's a nice addition.

Height, architecture, massing are the components of a beautiful skyline, this stout building nails the massing. Cheers!

This one is pretty slender if you can see it from the east or west. I still wish that setback on the east side had been absorbed into the tower to add a few more floors.

I really feel the same way about that setback as I did the east setback on the Frost Bank Tower.
