Yes - this may not be the most up-to-date rendering, but it shows 6 floors of office which seems to match the actual photos.

That is the mechanical level that is being worked on. They just haven't begun constructing the screen/crown around it yet.

Nice find with that CCTV! One day I typed the CCTV URL around 300 times and incremented the camera number by 1 each time. I found some nice views, but I didn't come across that one. A lot of them were offline that day which is probably how I missed that one.

Definitely one of the more attractive parking podiums. That said, there really needs to be something put in the building codes or zoning or whatever that requires parking garage floors to be level, with the ramps or helix on the end. That way when we're done warehousing vehicles in the (far) distant future they can be more easily converted to other uses.

I'm not in the construction industry, but I can't imagine the adaptive reuse is very high or feasible for slanted parking garage floors.

Sorry I was referrring to those elevations that were posted the other day, not as in the physical height of the building !

Unhappy

They probably have to install air handlers, etc. before they enclose it with the crown. Can a Mod add that CCTV to the webcam thread?

Edit: don’t know why frowning face or how to remove it.

Unfortunately, that camera isn't always focused in that direction. It changes frequently.
