Any word on the uptake of apartments that this project ended up being? Is it fully leased out or are there suites on the market?

Also, I wonder if the developers have any plans for the surface lot at Graham and Edmonton besides the status quo?

MBLL office building up for sale on Empress. Did I miss an announcement where they moving? consolidating everthing to Buffalo place or ?

Likely consolidating as I think a sizable portion of their workforce is WFH.

That's a fairly small and very humble looking office for such a profitable enterprise, ha.

I think they are diversified so this may be the head office that runs the divisions. The LC part runs out of Buffalo Place, the Lotteries out of 1390 Pacific and the VLT's are run out of Morris MB.

Aren't they running some portion of it out of 1000 King Edward St. (old Safeway warehouse, I think)?

Its an additional distribution center to relieve warehouse space issues at the Buffalo Place complex. I don't think they run anything as such out of that location.
