hugo street dock hasnt been used in a few years.....

If biguc tells them to stop at Hugo Street dock they stop there.

This year should be OK. The water levels will come down much faster this spring.

I have also heard rumblings about a new stop near Wolesley...

lol i wont do that. but that water taxi seems awesome, with the swirling river you could get almost anywhere right?. can you rent cayaks there and go anywhere by man power. (cayaks are faster than canoes)

i don't think ya can rent a kayak at the forks but you can probably rent one from the rowing club across the red river

^ high river levels...

I am almost certain it was open last summer though.
