The boxy building is "ten museum park" a Chad Oppenheim design. the condos facing the water have 20' ceilings and 20" glass walls!


Marina Blue is cool also, but not quite as nice.

Marinablue Update

Marinablue has now been topped off for some time now.......finishing touches are being put on and the building will be set to open before the end of the year, according to the official website.

this is true since the location is north of the immediate CBD and warehouses abound just west of the building however nightclubs have been opening up and the area is slowly changing. Besides that the east side gives it the last waterfront views downtown and access to the adjacent parks, arena and the new performing arts center all within walking distance.

The area is not that great, but its getting better. Its a transitional area, i am sure once people start moving in, others will be moving. At least i would hope so. Plus its great location for those awesome bay views. I do love this tower, this one and 10 museum park...
