You've got to be kidding me. South Korea's economy is going to support all that how, with flat population growth? Asia has gone bubble crazy, and the fallout is going to be nasty.

^Agreed, the gold sash ruins the already mediocre building. The whole complex just seems awkwardly proportioned and placed. I'm guessing (hoping) those are just the conceptual designs for the other skyscrapers. Several of them remind me of the skyscrapers originally planned for Ground Zero in Libeskind's original plan. I do like the treatment given to the waterfront, it would be a very beautiful place with all the fountians and multi-level landscaping.
