I saw fencing around the one-story building at Ogden/Aberdeen (right next to the Kennedy overpass). Could be a sign that this TOD is gearing up for construction. The PD was just amended a few weeks ago to eliminate two parking spaces.

So far a demolition permit has not been issued that I can tell, but it's probably imminent.

Old Town condo project being scrapped. New owner planning 254 apartments, already has at least partial financing (equity I believe through crowdfunding).

Can't really tell from the renderings- but looks like it has an awful street presence- lots of blank walls ugh
