Looking over the city's report on this project. It gives the floorplan for each floor. 16 above ground floors and
67.19 m to the roof (height limit here is 68m).
There is going to be 7 levels of underground parking (400 spots), 1 underground level for delivery vehicles, a six floor mall on De la Montagne, 5 floor hotel (120 rooms), 5 levels of condos (100 units), and a bar on the top floor, with an outdoor pool/terrasse (which is zoned for the hotel, so it will probably be accessible to the public).

The cladding will be partially in glass and "metals" (and other accented materials), and partially in stone.
