In those last two photos, are those the Centerpoint condo towers on the horizon between the airport control tower and OCPE? If so, they must have great views of downtown and the Valley, with no obstructions other than A- Mountain (a.k.a. Tempe Butte).

This tower is completed. It is now called the Freeport-McMoran Center and I'm not sure if tenants have moved in yet.
