While it won't win any architectural awards it's still great to see something tall going up in Hamilton for the first time in a long time

It seems the developer of Landmark Place Al Frisina, was right when he predicted that no building would be built taller than Landmark Place when he said, "the demand's not there and nobody's crazy enough to do it." This is as close as Hamilton has come in 45 years and Landmark is still much taller
