Developers of a proposed West Plano condo tower say a zoning brouhaha in the neighborhood won’t affect their project.
Back in May, Visions5 LLC – a new real estate development company headed by John Richardson and James Morgenstern – announced plans for a 20-story condo tower to be built on part of the Haggard Farm near Spring Creek Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway.

A franchisee of Irving-based La Quinta Inn & Suites hopes to bring more traffic to one of the sleepier downtown corners with a $7 million renovation and rebranding of the historic Hotel Lawrence.
