Very nice. Man I swear, the folks at Crowne Plaza should renovate that hotel with more glass on its facade, and utilize that top with more lighting. The Milam Building looks great there.

Yeah the stained brick on the Crowne Plaza really needs to go.

I think there is nothing wrong with either of these buildings. They represent a period in SA history. Must everything morph into whatever is current? Older buildings, along with the newer ones are what make cities, like NYC, Philly, and Chicago, beautiful.

Nope everything shouldn't change. I'd just like to see the stained brick near the top of the roof fixed, it'd be a little more pleasing to the eye.

I was actually sticking up for it. Another San Antonio forumer had said it should be torn down. Since the building is 6th tallest in downtown, and 7th in the city, that wouldn't be a good thing. it's not even that bad, but I suppose it could be better. Still, standing next to Weston Centre it's pretty much unnoticeable from the south/east side of downtown.
