SAN DIEGO | Electra | 475 FT / 145 M | 43 FLOORS

The Electra is a condo tower in San Diego that is under construction at the corner of Broadway and Kettner. The tower will be 43 floors tall.

Its a little far, but you can see it rising in the middle of the pic

The San Diego skyline has changed quite a bit since I was there the last time 3.5 years ago. Definitely a nice addition to the skyline.

It seems like keeping the old SDG&E facade slowed this project down some, but I'm sure it'll be worth it to preserve something old and irreplaceable.

Man, SD is gonna be the Miami of the west coast with all these condo towers. I like the design of this one too.

anybody ever think the ugly power plant adjacant to this tower to the south will be shut down and something else will go in its place (and hopefully not lowrise )?
