Oooh, Citywatch won't be happy to see someone on this board shops at swapmeets.
Personally, I appreciate this P.O.V. and think there's room downtown for a little of everything. I love seeing all kinds of people in the historic core. And while I don't necessarily think every swapmeet and luggage shop should stay, I'd hate to see the neighborhood rid itself of everything that kept the streets active when most Angelinos avoided the area like the plague.
