According to Hypothalamus, pinnacle for 111 Murray is 792'. I'm assuming from newer documents filed this month versus the may filings.

I've read articles claiming 1 MW to be U/C, though their standards for determining what is U/C may be different from ours.

In real world standards, its u/c. I never agreed with the SSP version of what defines u/c.

I think once the ones that are undergoing site preparation rise, it will be 19 or 20. Good news is that the number of towers in the 900-999 foot range are just as great in numbers or getting there.

Internationally, not many can hold a candle to this boom. In my research for China supertalls (which will be added very soon), no Chinese city comes close. Maybe Shenzhen, but even than, its still behind as most of these in NYC are at a stage of actually happening.
